Breast Lift
This patient underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) without the use of implants. The breast was reshaped using the patient’s natural tissue to restore a more youthful contour and elevate the nipple-areola complex. An internal bra technique was used to reinforce and fix the inframammary fold, helping maintain breast shape and support over time. The result is a natural-looking, lifted breast with long-term stability and no foreign material added.
Tummy Tuck And High Definition Liposuction
This transformation combines a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with 360° High-Definition Liposuction to reshape the entire torso and create a more athletic, harmonious silhouette. The procedure begins with circumferential liposuction of the back and flanks, allowing us to sculpt the waistline and improve body proportions from every angle. In selected cases, fat transfer to the buttocks can be performed to further enhance the silhouette; however, in this case, no fat grafting was required. The patient is then repositioned, and a tummy tuck is performed to remove excess skin and tighten the abdominal muscles (diastasis recti repair). A natural-looking umbilicus is carefully recreated and repositioned to maintain an aesthetic appearance. High-definition liposuction of the abdomen is subsequently carried out to enhance the midline, V-lines, lateral abdominal contours and back, creating a more defined and natural athletic result while preserving harmony. The final outcome is a flatter abdomen, improved waist definition, and a smoother body contour viewed from both the front and back.
Breast Lift With Implants
This patient underwent a breast lift combined with breast augmentation using round micro-textured implants. The implants were placed in a Dual Plane Type IV position, providing optimal upper pole fullness while ensuring a natural breast shape and long-term stability. To further enhance the longevity of the result, an internal bra technique was performed to reinforce and secure the inframammary fold, helping maintain breast position over time. These photos were taken 6 months after surgery. Some residual scar redness is still present, which is completely normal at this stage of healing. The scars will continue to mature, soften, and fade over the coming months, with further improvement expected up to and beyond one year postoperatively.
Labiaplasty Technique
Labiaplasty Techniques: Wedge Excision vs. Trim Technique Trim Technique (Edge Resection): The trim technique removes excess tissue along the free edge of the labia minora, creating a smoother and more refined contour. It is a versatile technique that allows significant reduction of prominent labial tissue. Wedge Technique: The wedge technique removes a V-shaped segment from the central portion of the labia while preserving the natural outer edge. This approach maintains the native color and contour of the labial border and can result in a more natural appearance in selected patients. The choice between the two techniques depends on the patient’s anatomy, aesthetic goals, and the surgeon’s assessment during consultation.
